Frequently asked questions

How much does Noditrack cost?

Noditrack costs from €9.90 (Essential), €14.90 (Pro) or €21.90 (Performance) excl. VAT per vehicle per month on a 36-month commitment, and from €16.68, €25.08 or €35.88 with no commitment. Each tracker costs from €49 excl. VAT, paid once. Larger or specialised fleets can ask for a custom quote.

How is the GPS tracker installed?

Two options. On compatible vehicles, the plug-in box goes into the OBD port: you fit it yourself in about 5 minutes, with no tools. The advanced unit is wired to the battery and hidden in the vehicle by a technician; it is needed for remote engine cut-off, speed limiting or CAN reading.

Do I have to commit for a long period?

No. You can subscribe with no commitment, or commit for 12, 24 or 36 months for a lower monthly price. The no-commitment price is the 12-month price plus 20%: for example, Pro costs €25.08 with no commitment and €20.90 on 12 months, excl. VAT per vehicle per month.

Where is my fleet data hosted?

Noditrack is a French company and hosts its data with OVHcloud, in data centres located in France. Tracking runs continuously by default; if you set working hours for a vehicle, the platform does not collect its position outside those hours.

Is it legal to track my employees' vehicles?

Yes, under conditions set by the CNIL, the French data protection authority: tracking must serve a legitimate purpose, employees and their representatives must be informed beforehand, and positions must not be collected outside working hours or during breaks. This is general information, not legal advice.

Which vehicles are compatible?

The battery-wired box is universal: it only needs the battery connectors and an accessory cable, so it works on any vehicle or machine. The OBD plug-in box and the advanced unit are not compatible with every vehicle. Send us your fleet list through the contact form and we will check that it is fully supported.
